Drat. I know if it was another's work I would cheerfully say "crop!" Ah well, I guess I have more canvas to put over this support, and will have a frame ready to fill. In the meantime I will spend the rest of the day felling sorry for myself but getting better, and tidying up a few "loose ends" on the painting. I think I will remove the tree that is poking out of the tower. I know it really is there, but it doesn't need to be in the painting.
Today I am grateful for other artists.
