This morning the light on the distant hills was amazing.
Later on the valley itself chose to shine for you. Please try to imagine this as a very flat plain, without the camera "fishbowl effect" I get in the foreground with the panoramic sweep shots.
And it is the view from my studio, (from the balcony near the sink, should I choose to do any dishes). But with a view like that to gaze at, it's a wonder any painting gets done at all!
Today I am grateful that my studio is in such a wonderful location.
