adrenalin

I haven't done anything that scares me for a while. It's well overdue.

Don't worry, things that scare me are sometimes normal behaviour for other people! I plan on living a long long time... :-)

Adrenalin levels can increase with "scary" or more interestingly "exciting" situations - vary the causatives. Don't use the resulting feeling for a sort of punishment for overthinking. Enjoy it and store any leftovers for the misty days that sometimes sneak up and tap you on the shoulder. You can then scare them away with the surplus.
P S Tell me if the recipe works!

It took me a minute to get my head around this, but yes, I like it. I'll try!

Once when struggling to cope with depression it was explained to me that I was like a glass of water with a hole in the bottom, and no matter how hard I tried to keep filling myself up, (I was doing all the right things, it seemed) it kept leaking out. I've been working on plugging the hole. Maybe there is room for storage now. It makes sense.
