Frames ordered today, and I think that is all they need. Black shadow box type frames, satin finish, let's see what that does to them, then hopefully I can varnish and put them aside.
Today I am grateful for sunscreen.

You have been hard at work and now I know my favourite - the top one in this last post gets my gold medal award. But wow, the others get a silver medal with a gold wash! A great quartet
And they are all beautiful!
Don't worry, ca, they are for the exhibition Legato, which starts 17th May and finished 31 May, I painted them especially to show there. I have been surprised at how much people have liked them, when as one artist said to me, "You are brave painting such ugly scenes". (She wasn't being unkind, she liked the work, but was simply saying that I was investing a lot of time, energy and passion in something that she thought would not sell).
